AFFINIMIP® SPE has been tested for several matrices but your application might not be among them. POLYINTELL can develop these protocols for you.
Example 1: No protocol has been developed for your own matrix for a purification with a compound specific AFFINIMIP® SPE.
Example 2: POLYINTELL develops a range of class specific AFFINIMIP® SPE products. They have affinity for a broad family of molecules bearing the same chemical group. For instance, AFFINIMIP®SPE Phenolics has affinities with phenolic compounds.
For each analyte and matrix, a protocol needs to be developed in order to find the optimal condition of use of this AFFINIMIP®SPE.
With the product, POLYINTELL supply a TECHNICAL GUIDE to help you to develop a protocol by yourself.
However, POLYINTELL also proposes a service to develop the protocol for your analyte and matrix.
