HYDROINTELLIGENT is a coating made with a hydrogel thin film based on carboxymethyl dextran (CMD). The coating has unique properties:

• immobilization of the capture probes such as proteins, DNA, antibodies, aptamers etc
• Reduction of non specific adsorption of proteins on the surface of protein arrays, ...

• Nature of coating : carboxymethyl dextran (CMD)
• Functional group for capture probe immobilization : COOH, OH
• Degree of substitution with COOH : 0,5
• Substrate : Gold, wafer, Glass
• Thickness : dry state less than 5 nm measured by ellipsometry
