Amphetamines from urine & serum
Analysis of Amphetamine, Methamphetamine, MDA, MDMA and MDEA has been carried out in urine and serum samples after cleanup with AFFINIMIP® SPE Amphetamines. Samples were spiked at 100ng/mL in serum and 20ng/mL in urine. Mean recoveries >87% were obtained for each analyte and relative standard deviation calculated from results generated under reproducibility conditions ranged from 1.5% to 12.4% in urine and 2.2% to 5% in serum.
